This Blog is dedicated to the women above and beyond 25 that are still expected to have normal dating lives. FYI people.... This does NOT exist. Just tonight, I went to a concert, and I had my choice between some acne covered teenagers, pot smoking-smelly body hippies, and boys that think it is cool to wear Jerseys out in pubic (with no shirt underneath) and they are no where near a sporting event.
This lifestyle is rough. Where are we even supposed to meet people? The Ward? Where they are either 21 fresh off their mission looking for a soul mate. The Bar? Where they are not looking for a mate at all, just someone to touch inappropriately. The Internet? Have you see half the profile pictures? And how many times does it actually turn out to be who they say they are?
We are living in the Twilight Zone right now. At this point, we are stuck, and it is not looking like we will be finding a way out any time soon. Currently this is my list of "must haves" before I will even consider a date at this point.
-Current Background Check
-Proof of Employment
-Vehicle
-Not living in parents basement
-Does not wear over sized jewelry with their name on it
-Does not wear girl pants
-And does not receive services at my place of employment
I feel that these are all reasonable, but I am afraid none of these will ever be covered completely, by one hole male.

*GAGGING* Men who wear jerseys without a shirt on underneath. How many times have I seen THAT?!
I have a rule about online dating (I don't do it, but that's not the rule) if someone contacts you there are a few easy ways of instant elimination.
*If they are wearing a wife beater in their profile picture
*If they are taking a picture with their car in it
*If they are taking a picture with their camera phone (or any camera) in the mirror without a shirt on.
Just little things I have found (though I really don't do online dating, I just sit there to see if I could actually get anyone worth talking to...still waiting). But you know, take it for what it's worth. :)
